Do you offer refunds or returns?
Luxury Rags does not offer refunds.
We will accept returns within 7 days of the order delivery date for store credit only.

LuxuryRags.com diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will exchange the item or offer a store credit if that item is no longer in stock. We will only honor the exchange or store credit if we receive notification of the damaged or defective item within 24 hours of the delivered confirmation date via email at CustomerService@LuxuryRags.com.
The email must include a photo and explanation of the issue. Please keep in mind that all original tags and/or labels will need to be in place, as any items with the original tags and/or labels removed are NOT eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Once we contact you confirming the exchange or store credit, via a return confirmation email, we must receive a return tracking number within 24 hours to honor the exchange or store credit.
Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Luxury Rags, we do not provide return shipping labels.
(Holidays and weekends will be taken into consideration)
Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear and/or the smell of fragrances & smoke.
**Please include your original invoice so we can identify you and locate your order information. If you've misplaced your packing slip, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange the item or just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange is not indicated specifically, or the item is no longer available, a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.**
Clearance or FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or store credit.
All returns/exchanges must be submitted via our online return portal located here.
ORDERS NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER
In the event that your order is returned to Luxury Rags as undelivered or returned to sender there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund the 15% restocking fee and shipping cost will be deducted from the order total.
To prevent this issue, please ensure that your delivery address information is correct when you place your order.
